The round up of catches are topped this month by Heather the Leather caught by Phil Buckley at 50lbs 9ozs. Craig Coe caught a nice 25lbs 2ozs common on scopex squid topped with glow in the dark corn. Channel hopping this month features Freedom Lakes near Poitiers in the Loire Valley. Although the site has 8 lakes, only 2 are available to fish, but they do offer the angler a rewarding challenge.
