FISHINGmagic VERDICT

I have a sensitive skin and have to be careful what I use on it, so this natural insect repellent was especially interesting to me considering other remedies I’ve used have caused me some irritation.

Not so Crocodile, after several hours of having it on my skin I’ve experienced no side effects at all, and while the weather is not warm enough yet to bring the insects out in force, the few that have homed in on me soon homed out when they detected the Crocodile.

It’s not cheap, but when you come out in golf ball size lumps from insect bites, as I do, and yet can’t just stick anything on your skin, you’ll pay good money for that.

The Croclight Candle burns for 14 hours, so should be good for about three summer night sessions. It smells pleasant enough, to me at least, if not to the insects.

The natural ingredients of all the Crocodile Insect Repellent products are user friendly, kind to skin, and leave no stains. Some claim it also has no ill effect on baits, even attracting bites (fish, not insects that is!). But the jury is still out on that.
