Broken eye

Hi i have had a bit of a disater my 2 foot extension eye has broke due to a barbel pulling the rod off the rest. The eye is twisted and the ceramic part smashed the rod is a john wilson barbel quiver can i get a replacment or not ..?? And i lost the fish /forum/smilies/crying_smiley.gif
