That sounds painful Paul - do you take pain killers and does it get messy?

Only if you have a go at the BS on other threads more than 10 times!

Not that I'm in a position to make rules as this is Eddies' thread

Sean as a meaningful contributor you make your own rules mate.

Pikey, you must ask first! Tell me about these funny shapedbutties you make, we'll make small talk until ABSS appear!

SorryMr speaker.

May I approach the chair?

It's those bread slicing machines they provide in supermarkets, they slice your carefully chosen bloomer loaf far too thin.

I take it home to attack it with my own bread knife. I'm a thick cut fan you see.

I always end up with one or two odd slices though (thick up top, thin at bottom), usually if you turn one sliceround you end up with a reasonable butty.

Best fillings?

Ham and mustard.

Tuna mayo with chopped red onion.

Ham, Jahlsberg cheese and tomato.

Sliced black pepper salami with sliced gherkins and Jahlsberg cheese (again).

Grated cheese and onion (cheddar this time).

Or good old cheese and tomato.

Jesus wept what an abomination, and to think I allowed you into my house!

Have you ever tried it?

It is a bit of an aquired taste, I'll admit that. I forgot it has tomato in as well, bit dry otherwise.

I only created it a few months back and you've moved house so you should be reasonably safe.

Egg mayo's a good one, you have to mix a bit of salad cream in too though, about 2 thirds mayo to one third cream.

Chicken (turkey, goose, etc...)and stuffing with a bit of mayo's a good Boxing day sarnie.
