Just a quick note about this place. My wife and I went to the Morgan factory in Malvern on Saturday, and as our son lives in Bristol we thought we'd stay somewhere en route, and I found The Paddocks Hotel, in Symonds Yat.
When we checked out today I was chatting with the guy on the reception desk who says the have access to fishing on the bank that the hotel is on. So if anybody was fancying somewhere that way to fish, I thought I'd mention it...
Hotel is average, food is pretty good though. If I had of known I would have taken a rod with me and given it a couple of hours after dinner....
