I finally got the wife to use her machine in the kitchen to turn some old bread we had leftover into crumbs for mixing with groundbait.

At the moment it's stored in a sort of tupperware snap lid box thing.

Will they keep alright in there until my next session (next week sometime judging by the weather and my empty pockets at the moment)? Will it go mouldy?

Or should I put it in a bag and freeze it?

Thanks in advance for advice as always.

Freeze it, it will go mouldy after a day or two if you dont, unless of course you dry it right out

loan a meat tray from your wife gas mark 6 on the oven and roast the crumb until it just starts to crisp. you have to give it a quick stir while in the oven. when you feel it has dried out let it stand till its cold then put it through the blender again the store in airtight bags will last ages.. i do 7kg at a time and that way it keeps fine
