Anything above 13m, i generally use 2,definately need 2 for 14,5-16m for smooth shipping/preventing damage, Chef

I would fully agree with Chefster the little extra cost involved is an investment really to avoid slipping or worse still a breakage when shipping back.

I have just moved up from a 10m to 16m pole and found that I ready needed the extra roller. look on fleabay they can be had for decent prices

Just beware ,if you buy cheap rollers ,that usually they are rubbish and wont last,if you are thinking of shelling out best part of a grand on a new MAP 501,you are better off buying some decent large double flat-bed rollers,they are more stable and protective for you,re pole:D

You buy cheap you buy twice or three times. I've done it and ended up with cheap flat rollers and cheap v rollers, all sitting in the garage because they are no good for fishing long pole.

Been using the super double flat matrix rollers since they first came out and they are the best on the market imo.
