Vitalin as groundbait?

I've read in a magazine that vitalin makes a good groundbait. What are peoples experiances with this as I have found a place that sells it cheaply.

Like Dave said lots of threads on the subject here recently.Also on AN.Vitalin can take apart hungry Carp waters.A couple of years ago two lads over Catting with me hammered the river Carp using it in the small back water behind my caravan.Got to a stage that I couldnt be bothered to get of my bed to see yet another good Carp!Ive also done well on it here in the UK.
