i have been fishing the Kentish Stour along the free stretches down stream from Canterbury catching chub to 5Lb. There are also bream clearly visible but i can't temp them to feed. Can anyone advise.
i know how you feel adam, i fish a mid kent fisheries among other waters and i just cant get the bream to feed. there are huge fish up to 17Ib in the lake i am fishing at the moment. i have tried heavy pre-baiting with corn/caster /chopped worm and hemp but they just sail over it. i think it must be something to do with wind direction and air presure.
