River Severn - Shrewsbury

Planning a trip to the Severn in next 2 weeks never fished it before can anyone help with hotspots, ticket info, etc.

Sean hot spots are sydney avenue middle of island or monkmoor onthe shingle at the bottom of the lane. Day tickets ?2.50 from tackle shops or ?5.00 on the bank. If you fish monkmoor you need a key 4 gate ?3.00 from tac shops
