I cant put a pic on my profile so it comes up on the screen next to my name all my pics have to bigger file size how do i reduce this to the required 12kb?

you do it with Paint Shop Pro or similar programme ....

reduce the size then give a different name then reduce it again from the new name ....it must be smaller
