I have recently knocked up a load of my own leads from scratch, including making the moulds myself. All i need now is some powder coating to put on them.

Anyone know where i might be able to get this from cheap?? Tackle shops are a rip off!!

Thanks alot....

Just use paint in various shdes of green and Brown. I have found most of the powder coating on leads were's of especially in the rocky rivers up north like the Ribble.

Get some sand from the bed of your river. Dry it out.

Heat up the lead in a gas flame until it nearly starts melting. Then dunk the lead in the sand.

Easy.
