does anybody fish this set of ponds ? I used to when I was 18-20 ish it used to be members only and when you joined you had a key to the gate at the road..if you forgot your key you had to wait till a member had finished for the night or another member coming to fish to let you in .
I recently passed it and noticed the gate still there ,but whilst fishing at maythorne in southwell I was told you can fish it now on a day ticket at the bank which I would love to do as it was awesome in the day .but I am unsure about the gate , as I dont want to go and be waiting hours for someone to come as I wont have a key ...advice please guys and girls .
