As ever, a good read Rik, and a build on Barney's losing the plot.

Perhaps I have led a sheltered life, but I thought the pictures were superb, especially the carp slurping next to a duck. What did everyone else think?

couldn't agree more stuart . It seems that in the first photo , the photographer could have just stroked the carp on the nose !!! i presume that the fish were v v close in to the bank or has Rik just got very long arms ? I think the piccies matched the article to a " T " , nice one Rik , Paul

I'm sorry but I can't lay claim to all of the pics, the best ones have been provided by Graham 'carp charmer' Marsden, although I thought the content and meaning of the words outshone any pictures.........

As they say, a picture paints a thousand words!! Anyway, as both Paul and I have said, it was a good read and the pictures were a real bonus.
