what you class as further north?

can any of you northerners suggest any venues?

I'm right on the south coast and apart from some members only waters around Cheshire, then I'm stumped for DT venues anywhere north of Oxford.

Members only water in Cheshire sounds excellent if you could swing it Rik!! How many nights are you thinking of ? 2 or 3 ? Roman Lakes sounds good but it would be a long trek for less than 3 nights.

Can't do that anymore, no longer in that club.


multiple nights would have to be midweek, else we'd get over-run by locals.
We could make it Sat/Sun/Mon and then the weekend only people could at least get one night in, mind you, if we leave it til September time, then everywhere should be a whole lot quieter anyway.

i can go anyday aslong as its from around july 11-sept 1 and weekends after/before that. i don't no any venues as i never fished cats before thats why i want to go!

there's cats in orchid match lake that's near oxford which is a bit more central than bluddi essex.

Just called him, mobile off, will send him an email and find out whats what. Only a small lake, used mainly for match bookings but has quite a few cats in to just under forty.
