Is this the same as durum wheat, which is slightly larger than our wheat?

It's still a fairly popular bait over here. Does well for barbel too or so I have been told. Good credit crunch bait as it's not expensive

it may be im not to sure,when it was cooked it was quite large and had a fluffy inner
