anything would be nice .. but normal stuff roach bream.
its just that ive never seen it before let alone fished it!
had a bit of a recky today and just ended up getting lost with the river getting further away from me and when the river was in sight (bridges) theres always a sign saying no parking access required at all times.
i know there must be somewhere but i aint found it yet.

guessing from your location youre not local .

No but know it pretty well from my match fishing days and latterly piking on it and the droves.
Try the old cradge bank near to the golden ball on the outskirts of Spalding. Up on the old match length the 220s (the old red barn section) was always a banker with the float as was the downstream bit near crowland. In the wintertime stay inside the town length as it gets loads of silverfish packed tight.
All the best.
ps. re-bream, go in with the feeder and quiver or a swingtip, bait-- simple sausage rusk on the hook.
Best of luck
