M.G.A.C Birmingham, who are they?

Found a lily pond near the Queen Elizabeth hospital, Birmingham, that had signs displayed saying "M.G.A.C Private Fishing Member Only". Anyone know who they are and how to contact them? I searched the net but found nothing.
