Any Good Spots In Leyland

Hi, my name is Declan and i'm a complete novice. I've done a bit of fishing before, but that was with poles that were pre-rigged for me. i've just gone and bought a basic starter set for coarse fishing (small trout, roach etc.) Any advice on good spots for a guy like me, or just some general advice on how to get started. would prefer some nice quiet river spots(not private places). im 16 so please keep it simple.....

Have a look at Much Hoole, I know there's a fishery there I haven't fished it tho', also Croston which I have, not that far from Leyland.
