Anyone using these? Bought a couple to try, but the natty little line clip on the top is too wide to grip anything thinner than 20lb mono! I know they work - I've seen pictures of them in use - so it's a bit baffling. They're the 60g version, BTW.

Thread a small section of thin silicon tubing on your hook length (also prevents any damage to your line).

Hi

I used them for the first time on my local lake and had a really good day with them, had about 20 carp and tench in about 5 hours. Didn't try to use the clip though.

Thought about doing that, Shaun, maybe I will.
Korum, meanwhile, have replied to my message. Apparently, they are made this way in order to accommodate the thickest lines, but if you need a smaller gap then they need to be nipped up a little with pliers or similar (teeth!).
They're made this way as it's easy to close the clip up a little, but impossible to open it wider with any success.
