Its that time of year again when I start to think and plan for our Autumn trip to Hampshire for the Barbel (that are left). We are going to Royalty and Bisterne having left CAC a few years ago..but that's another story!
It seems information and reports are getting more scares each year as there are now no Royalty Reports on the Davis Tackle website and the Twitter and FB accounts seem to be rather sparse on info. This isn't inspiring much confidence and together with barbel.co.uk charging you to use their forum still, there does'nt seem to be many places for getting feedback.
Anyways, we are down on Royalty and Bisterne next week, I expect the water levels to be good and maybe some colour, we fished Parlour Pool last year but it was very low and weedy with not a bit. Anyone fished these places recently? Any issues we should know about?
