In that price range they're all good really, never heard of a bad keepnet..
Get a 3m one as some banks are high up...

It's for fishing for silvers mainly, not expecting carp as I'm quite new. But yeah I factored in needing 3m one as the river I'm fishing has a high wall. I did well there the other day but It would be good to keep them to the side so they don't spook any other possible catches and then weigh them in at the end of my session

Don't be put off if the description states 'carp friendly' or 'carp keepnet', it's usually just to ensure compliance on fisheries which insist on it and no reason why you can't use it for silvers, it will also give you the flexibility if you decide to spread your wings and you find yourself on one of those waters.

I don't know if you can still get them but there used to be specific silver fish keepnets although they were generally shorter than the length you're looking for, often called 'canal nets'.

These are all good viable suggestions guys thanks.

Next question, are all the threaded bank stick locks the same size? Meaning will any old bank stick screw in or will I need one specific to said keep net?
Same question about landing nets too really? Will all/most nets fit all/most handles?

Yep they're all a standard size and completely interchangeable.

Been thinking to invest in a keep net just for personal weights to see what I have caught rather than match scenario , what sort of size carp would people say is biggest you should put in a net ?

I do not have a keep net but do have a Drennen Specialist landing net handle and, for not an awful lot more, I would buy this instead !

I have the same handle since thanks to others on here I have fixed it , great handle I have a fox specialist net and it's started to bend at the spreader block and this the 2nd one to do this so I'm think specialist net head next time

Drennan Super Specialist is a top quality net, the 8' version comes in well under the top end of your budget and the 10' is just over...

Drennan Super Specialist Keepnet 10ft (3m) Carp

I've had one for a while and it is top quality although I'm struggling to think when I last used it.

I agree with binka on the drennans but I would go for the match ones as they're very light to carry and dry very fast,

If you,re fishing a river, get a net with an open mesh like the Korum 3m one, less chance of it lifting in the water due to flow, and needs less lead to hold it down in fast flows.
