There's a 15'0 version (2nd Hand) going for £80 locally, had a waggle seemed pretty light and over £100 cheaper than a new 15'0 Acolyte plus, given that I don't fish big rivers that often, any thoughts or recommendations gents?

Even on a small river 15' rods can be very effective, great for deepish glides where you could gently edge a float through or hold back with more control than a shorter rod..
If it's in good nick £80 sounds good value. I think they were about £150 new..

I don't know that model, but I have a Preston Carbonactive 15' that I've been using since 2002. It's got a lovely supple, elastic action, and I find it especially good for fishing with a centrepin for tench and crucians. It's also a good river rod, and has caught a fair few chub and barbel. I also have a 10' quiver from the same range, and that's a great rod too, with a lovely fish-playing action. I only have 2 Preston rods, but they are both excellent, in use and in build and finish.
