Run out of bait but not out of time. What did you do?

I've ended up using bread/cheese/meat for sandwiches and rolls on more than one occasion.
Whitty: Spot-on about the single bait approach bait. Particularly tares and wheat. Always more effective on their own in my experience.

Lark,my mate from Ely who catches on Orange peel dedicated his fishing days to certain tactics and baits and sticks with it,come what may,yes he fails at times,but often be doesn't,he finds it satisfying,more so than chasing the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow anyway...
