I only leave feedback if the seller has left it for me . I used to religiously leave feedback but when I noticed that sellers don't bother then o thought why should I.
But have recently bought something on eBay & I thought that the seller had put himself out so wanted to leave positive feedback.
But I couldn't ,& I don't know if eBay has changed something where you can't leave feedback for a seller until they have left it for the buyer.
I have checked with other items we have bought,& where they have left feedback we have been able to.
