Are canals open on Wednesday??

Can we fish on canals again as from Wednesday???

I think club controlled stretches are open, as for stretches controlled by the C&RT I dont know,

Clubs had to await permission from C&RT before opening, permission was granted yesterday. Anglers must keep well clear of moored boats.
