First and foremost a list of venues giving a brief description of the water, the species present, the sizes they grow to and any tips on recommended tactics and baits. Also any restrictions on fishing times and other rules specifically applicable to that water.
That would do for me, but I would guess that others may have different things they would want to see on the site.

Gallery of catches from the individual waters, Perhaps a hints & tips page for various species.

Always include online membership application details with up to date membership info, email feedback page to allow the members to tell you what they want.

And maybe some kind of members only area, possibly some sort of discussion forum as well. Happy web designing !!
