Following another successful event in 2010, the Orvis Fly Fishing Fair and Meon Springs Countryside Day will return on Sunday 17th April 2011.

Between 10am and 4pm on Sunday 17th April, join the Orvis Pro-Guide Team, led by Paul Procter, for a series of informative and exciting demonstrations in the art of Fly Fishing.​

Other displays on the day consist of Falconry, the South Downs Bloodhounds and Gun Dogs with the opportunity to shoot rifles in the target range or archery.​

A 50 bird Clay Shoot will be available to those who wish to bring their own gun and the Farm Experience will be open all day with tractor driving and an opportunity to see the farm livestock.​

With the Orvis team on hand for casting tuition and a ‘have a go’ experience, the opportunity of a fresh, Meon springs Trout for supper is a strong possibility!​

Orvis will showcase the wide range of quality fishing tackle and rods and will introduce the new technologically advanced rods for 2011; Access and Superfine Touch.​

The Orvis tent will host a vast selection of stock of both fishing tackle and country clothing with up to 50% discounts on many items.
