I like much of NGT stuff. The bags/luggage or robust and good value.
So are the full carbon travel carp rods.
I think the problem with NGT is appears to be cheap and there may be a reluctance to chance a purchase on line without seeing it first.

However when others have seen the (few) items I have they are surprised at the quality. Particularly the 11foot carbon travel carp rod which is invariably in the holdall. Its not apparent it is a travel rod when in use.

The reel cases are very good, as are the holdalls and my barrow bag.

Another vote for NGT stuff. I have not bought any rods or reels but the reel cases, chair bag, rod bag/holdall, landing net float, large tackle bags, bait bag, hooks to nylon and adaptors are all very good quality and, imho, amazing value for money.

I am pleased with them all and would not hesitate to buy their products.
