Forecast has gone rubbish again. Why dont we postpone it ?

And what ( or more to the point when) the hell is " between 9 and 10" ?

Meeting time between 9am and 10am is my suggestion, if you want to leave it until a bit later no problem.
We won't be trekking miles from the car park so should be easy to locate. Give yourself 90mins to get there from yours..
