On Friday last I ordered some tackle from Garry Evans[www.garryevans.co.uk]late afternoon...Tuesday morning it was delivered by a courier. I checked the parcel when I got home from work and found one item missing[a reel case]I emailed them and within five minutes had a very apologetic email back....first post this morning and my reel case was delivered together with a hand written note saying 'sorry...my fault, missed that when I checked the package'
In this day and age of slipshod worksmanship and poor service I think that's bloody good...well done Garry Evans tackle!!!
