I can sort of go along with an odd pike for the pot living hundreds of miles from civilisation and being on holiday.
Living say as the Inuit above the arctic circle I don't have a problem with storing enough to survive .
Oh, I can allow every pike angler a couple of "tailwalking experiences" in their career until they realise it's poor playing of a pike. Just my take on it but a no no for me.

Sorry but why do people find this video offensive it just people doing what they do in there own country.
Unlike us they are not treating their fish as pets but a source of food.
Fish you find eating fish offensive stop going to the fish and chip shop.

Like it or not, fishing is a bloodsport, whichever way you look at it.
Some choose to catch and return,or are obliged to, others catch and keep, where permitted.
We all get our fishing kicks in different ways. It's all hunting, one way or another.
If keeping those Pike, or that Bowfishing is legal, what's the problem, apart from the fact it may not be to peoples taste.
I think the OP obviously chose the wrong forum to post on.
