Can anybody offer advice on early season salmon flies for the Wye above Hereford? I havent fly fished fresh water for a decade or so and have decided its time to revisit next spring. My rod is an 11ft double handed abu 9/10 and the reel is a rimfly which probably needs replacing, perhaps for a reel with a drag, any suggestions on a sub £100 option are welcome, as are line recomendations.
