It certainly looks like things are getting very interesting if you're a UK sea angler what with this and the yellow fin that was recently reported.

I wonder if the stripey tastes as good as our own?

Bad enough with the grey squirrels, signal crayfish and mink (not to mention American tourists) without another invasive species sullying the Sceptered Isle

As a summertime Bass angler all I can say is YES PLEASE!

Striped Bass are superb fighters, grow fast and can reach sizes way above our European Bass.

Tho if they did establish themsleves here I dare say the commercials would soon fish them back to zero PDQ.
