Fish Legal has won an appeal case against Scottish Water at the Sherriff Appeal Court in Scotland to secure the rights of the Devon Angling Association to sue Scottish Water for damage caused to its fishery by the discharge of 12,000 litres of sulphuric acid into the River Devon.
