Cornwall Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority, which has been threatened with legal action for deciding against an emergency byelaw to protect juvenile bass from commercial fishing nets, says it rejected the proposal because it did not think the bass stock crisis was 'urgent'.

In this one article we have 5 organizations mentioned. IFCA, FISH LEGAL, DEFRA, MMO and THE BASS ANGER’S SPORT-FISH SOCIETY. Might as throw in the MaCAA as well whoever the are and that’s not mentioning a few others who are probably lurking in the background.
How can there ever be any cohesion with so many self interested groups.
