    It looks on the face of it that the EA are trying very hard to avoid beboming embroiled in an obviously potential litigation . . . .

    Scholars have long known that fishing eventually turns men into philosophers.

    Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to buy decent tackle on a philosopher's salary. ~

    But that is what they are supposed to do when necessary. In pollution matters the polluter pays.

    Not if the polluter has good grounds for defence The EA or Fish Legal wouldn't take it on if they think they may not win
