Well done Ron........you only mentioned SA and RW a couple of times, the therapy must be working 
I have to say that a few years back i wouldn't have entertained the thought of a pole but lately i can think of a few situations where it may have been the best option.
The trouble with trying to be an all rounder is remembering everything!!!, a book like this may be just the thing to keep in he personal libary?
