This one's certainly a puzzle, very cryptic.
If you re-arrange the words you might get:
"I don't think I'll fit a platform lift on my thinking barrow"
This makes a lot more sense.

It's from the TV show. They did a feature on surface fishing and hired one of those cherry picker/platforms for filming the lake. One bloke was fishing and his mate was in the platform telling where the fish were etc. Just a bit of fun.
