Daniel, The lad I wanted to see about Docklow for you didn't turn up at the match today, so hopefully he will be at

Well guys I've tried to get my lad back on here but he ain't 
so your just going to have to have my side of the holiday.
In short, I enjoyed it but it was not what I expected. It was a good version of Whiteacres to me crossed with Eye Kettleby. I thought the place was nice the lakes were too shallow for me tho, plus the lakes smelt really bad, I think they are slitting up and to be fair to them they have just desilted the match lake. So maybe they are already aware of this? However dead fish all over the pads in mickey mouse and other waters, kind of took the shine of a great place.
Will I return? Probably but to me it's no anglers paradise, maybe I had too high hopes.

Also on I must add the on site pub 'the fisherman's Arms' was hands down the on site best pub we have been too at any holiday destination of any type in my whole life. Food was great service was brilliant :thumbs::thumbs:
