Only just got round to reading your article Rik,so belatedly,I also wish you every success down on the river.
I have to admit to being drawn more and more to the river over the last 2/3 seasons,having found fun good chub fishing on the upper Ouse.
No real success with barbel yet,but the tidal Trent is giving me plenty to think about for them,roach and dace.
See you again at a fishin sometime,maybe?
