Knot Help!!

Hi all,

I think I am having a memtal block here. Can anybody suggest, or direct me to a site that shows how to attach rig line to either a crows foot connector or a whip ( pole fishing ).

I have not used the knot for a few months and I totally forgotten how to tie it. DOH!
