Am looking for a new Brolly..45 or 50 inch....does anyone know which is the lightest one on the market at present?

I've got a Fox one - carbon ribs and very light.

Is it an oval?..am just looking for standard shape one

Standard shape, can't remember where I bought it. It was mail order and it wasn't until about 6 months later when checkingover it that I noticed it was a Fox one. Certainly don't recall paying Fox type price for it.

Keenets do a good light weight brolly. I bought a 45" rib brolly for ?35 this spring, and it only weighs 3lbs. The one I had before weighed 5lbs and was so heavy I rarely took it with me.
