As one who voted for a licence levy for funding the development of our sport I am glad that I am in the majority.

I would have to agree with the article in not being shocked that the current inmates at our governing bodies have promised a better service as soon as they sniff a few extra quid. I would like to see some evidence that they have plans to spend the extra from Sporting England before we are asked to 'stump up' yet again
