Here we go again!

It seems that the RSPB and its accomplacies are still refusing to accept the need for cormorants to be culled in some instances. Take a look at the out-spoken view expressed on http://www.birdforum.net/showthread.php?t=34154 under the alarmist heading Cormorants - A License to Kill.

You can browse this site as a visitor without the need for registration. However should you wish to post the anglers' take on cormorants, then it costs nothing to join Birdforum, only a valid email address.

Despite its claim to be an independent worldwide bird site, it really does seem that the RSPB are pulling all the strings.

what the rspb forget is that if cormorants are allowed to run amok on our waters, then the indiginous species ,such as herons, kingfishers etc might die out through lack of food.
many people say that they have come inland through low fish populations at sea,why then aren`t we overrun with gannets, puffins and the like?the sea is stuffed with small fish around our coast.the cormorant is just exploiting an easy life.
