I am a bailliffe on my club waters, and in Scotland its gets quite a bit colder than down were you R.

When it is freezeing the waters I and the other walk round and suggest the carpers dip there riods under the water I fink thats the best option don t you They R the worse culprits for it carpers! You ave to treaet em wiv kid gloves a bit, and let em think you are on there side. he he it works i can tel you But I would no way close a water.
