I have had an old Fox Low chair for years. It's the original model I think.Over the years I have lost the two back legs.I tried to get replacements from Fox but the ones they sent were too big and didn't fit inside the housing.

This was never a problem as I could still use the chair minus the legs albeit it was a little low. With advancing years however I now find it a little difficult to get up from the chair without going arse over tip!

I am tight Yorkhire b..... and don't want to replace the chair which is still fine.Does anyone have an old chair mouldering in the shed from which the rear legs can be donated to me for a suitable sum?

Oh come on Nigel!!!!!

Is it that tatty old thing you had the other week? It's truly amazing that your arse didn't go right through the covering. Talk about threadbare!!

Buy a new one, about ?40 or half an hour's earnings on your fees!)

You only do it to draw attention to your plight. Worse than beggers in the street.
