too much lying,jealousy,petty stupid arguing,two faced and back stabbing anglers in fishing sometimes...i find the actions of some folk quite saddening to be honest.
as long as there is a crack in my backside,it`ll never be any different!!!

Monk, Regarding your entry: Appears in the fine book by Falkus and Buller, Freshwater Fishing and shows a picture of Rev EC Alston`s set up Burbot which he caught on Ledgered worm in 1936 from a stream which runs out of Stamford water near Thetford, one of his fishing companions at the time was W Giggs, propriator of one of the worlds most famous the taxidermist firms, J Cooper & sons.
Did anyone record the weight of the fish and was it documented or published anywhere?
