A good girlie snack for the health conscious , an apple and some almonds,
fillmeupbetweenmealstastic, oh and I like porridge in the mornings!

When I go fishing I do have a tendency at times to enjoy a breakfast fit for a king.

When I used to go trout fishing near Harrismith in the Free State, my good friend Garret Evans used to serve me Snipe breasts simmered in Alto 74.

Snipe on toast was one of Winston's favourite meals.

Before that we had Jungle Oats with milk and dried peaches. And occasionally we had fresh wild rainbow trout fried and then simmered for 5 minutes in Quantreu liqueur.

Together with wild Freestate mushrooms.

Live off the land is what I say. You thick townies haven't got a clue.
