    I linked to this story in the Thames superhighway thread yesterday. Far worse than the mutually backscratching and self-applauding, very cosy consultant and spin doctor industry (they're only getting away with what WE in our ignorance or apathy allow the System in which they operate to do and get away with, after all) is what Mr Mushroom was saying in the Martin Salter thread - no change, ever, just new faces, a fresh coat of creasote on the fence plus, of course, some comfortable seats on it to stop the brown stuff from getting on all those suit trousers...
